Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SkyTile ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

SkyTile is a weather visualization application that displays your local weather conditions as artistic 3D city scenes. The App provides weather information and generates visual representations based on current weather conditions and your location.

User Accounts

You may use the App as a guest or create an account by signing in with your Apple ID. When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. Deleting your account will permanently remove your data from our servers.

Subscriptions and Payments

SkyTile offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
  • Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
  • Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell access to the App

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by SkyTile and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The generated city scene images are for your personal use only.

Weather Data Disclaimer

Weather information provided by the App is sourced from third-party providers and is intended for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of weather data. Do not rely solely on this App for weather-critical decisions.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKYTILE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by updating this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
